Step 1 - Upload your image

 

With this tool, easily convert your images to custom Minecraft maps. Simply upload the image, select the size of the map (for example 2 wide and 1 high) and the tool will adjust the colours for you. Once complete, the tool will generated the needed .dat files to replace on your server.

 

Step 2 - How big is this map?

How big do you want this map to be in your world?

For example: setting this to 3 horizontal and 2 vertical would split the image across 6 maps.

 

 

 

For the best result, ensure this matches the aspect ratio of your image. If your image is 1000px wide and 500px high, select 2 horizontal and 1 vertical.

Step 3 - Color adjustment

Minecraft maps are only capable of displaying specific colors. This will adjust your image to ensure the maps can be displayed in game.

Step 4 - Generate map files

Generate your maps in game and enter the first map number here.

 

Step 5 - Enjoy your new maps

Replace the .dat files in your Minecraft world/server.
